These Return and Refund Policy outline for the use of BLISSGLOW website, located at www.blissglow.in

Any missing product claims have to be supported with an unboxing video of the order. The customer must make a clear video of opening the box and unboxing all articles from it at the time when they first open the box.

Items bought on sale are not eligible for returns , we do not accept returns or exchanges

Products can be requested for a return within 3 days of receiving the article.

Non-liability for shipping delays. Blissglow uses 3rd party courier services and is not liable for delays in shipping. We share approximate number of days required for delivery along with the tracking number. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible. For any time, sensitive orders, please feel free to reach our customer service team.

Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 8 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non-acceptance. For COD orders, Blissglow reserves the right to deny future orders. In case of prepaid orders, Blissglow is not liable to refund the amount of the order if the order is refused or returned at doorstep. Any re-delivery requests will be chargeable additionally and will include two shipping and re-packing costs.

Returned orders to be packed and received in original condition. We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.

Return requests to be approved by Blissglow before initiating the process and there are no refunds or exchanges for products purchased during sales or on discounted items.
Returns are chargeable. As lovely as our products maybe, we understand that sometimes the products do not meet your expectations. In that case, we do provide returns as a service for a fee (return shipping).
Return Policy

We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that Blissglow is unable to process; and reserve the rights to cancel or reject the acceptance of such order and decision of Blissglow in this respect shall be final and binding on the customer.

The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, problems identified by our credit, fraud avoidance department or due to certain unforeseen reasons.

Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 4-5 days in your card account.
The various Types of Cancellations would be
Cancellation on Non-Receipt of Payment
In case where the payment shall be made through CHEQUE/FINANCE/EMI, the delivery of the product shall be initiated only upon the realization of the cheque clearance from finance/agent. In case of the cheque bounces, the Order will be Cancelled by Blissglow.
Cancellation due to Incorrect price & info.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a
system error product information/Pricing, Blissglow shall have the right, at our sole discretion,
to
refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.
Blissglow reserves the right to cancel
any
order with due intimation to the concerned person, under situations where Blissglow is not able to
meet the requirement of the order placed. As a part of these additional security measures,
Blissglow
might request customers to provide relevant supporting documents (Identity proof, Address Proof,
etc). In case the requested documents are not shared with us,
blissglow.in reserves the right to cancel the order entirely
with due intimation to the concerned person.
In the event that a product is ordered is not
serviceable to customers location (pin code) and an order gets placed due to system errors,
Blissglow
shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that
product.
SHIPPING POLICY
Upon placing a successful order, the product(s) will be dispatched within 2 (two) working days,
however receipt of the shipment may take up to 10 working days. The details of your order will also
be emailed to your registered email address.
We, under no circumstances, entertain or accept any
cancellation once the order has been dispatched from our Fulfillment Center.
